At MAXIMUS Performance, we utilize expert coaching with exercise science principles specific to youth and their progressing stages of development, to optimize performance in their specific sport, while also reducing the chance of injuries. Our focus is on teaching the proper mechanics of running while improving speed, agility, power, strength, mindset and more. We pride ourselves on prioritizing safety and effectiveness while creating a fun and motivational environment. Learn the fundamentals of running and how to accelerate and change direction with our group training sessions for multi-sport and track and field athletes. The group sizes are small so that there is a good ratio between the coaches and students and the session is one hour long.
Drop in Rate : $35 + HST
Once a Week Rate: $ 124 + HST
Twice a Week Rate: $177 + HST
Three Times a Week Rate: $230 + HST
15% off Second Sibling
Flat rate of $20 for the Third Sibling
*Based on a 4 week month. Monthly rates will be prorated for cancelled practices/holidays if a number of practices fall below 12, 8 or 4 weeks depending on your rate selection.
Looking to take your team to the next level? Whether you play baseball, soccer, football, hockey or another sport, see how proper movement mechanics and strength training can help your team dominate in games. We offer in season and out season training sessions that run for one hour.
Team Rate: $336.50 + HST

Our 8 week speed clinic program will teach you all of the basics of proper running mechanics so you can continue to build on these skills to reach your sport specific goals.
Rate: $237 + HST

Can’t train in person due to COVID-19, time constraints with your main sport commitments or because you live further away? No worries, we got you covered with our online speed and agility training program that is coming soon! Our program is split into 6 modules that focus on teaching the basics of sprinting to multi-sport athletes between the ages 12 and 16, all from the comfort of their home.
